Industrial Networking and Data Acquisition
Our customers who are looking to collect real-time and historical information from the plant floor increasingly implement industrial networking systems. The module shown in figure provides power to and collects data from a digital scale, two part-counting photo sensors, and a barcode reader. The data travels via serial link to an industrial PC that displays the information at the local operator station and connects to a plant-wide Ethernet network. Figure displays one of the panels under test before shipment.
